Used Andrew for both the buy and sell side of real estate transactions. The buy side was a referral through an open house. We were thinking of upgrading to a townhouse, because the market had become more favourable to buyers. Andrew was very kind and courteous, and made the transition smooth. He had good negotiation skills, as this was a market you could bargain in. He also provided an added touch and gave what I would consider an above average housewarming gift. I  believe Andrew has been in the Real Estate field for 20 years or so. 

But Andrew could show his skill the best when we wanted to sell a rental condo. In a market where condos were selling for less than assessed value, Andrew could navigate this very professionally. He explained market conditions very well and had good ideas on how to properly market and show the unit. We were fully satisfied with his service and I would definitely recommend him. He has been in the business for the long haul, and is not interested in making a quick buck just for the sake of it.
